Sullivan Handmade Guitars and State Line Luthier Works have been located in Portland Tennessee since the mid 1990s. We build hand made, 14 fret, steel string acoustic and electric acoustic guitars and do expert repair work including customizing, refinishing, re-fretting, and restorations on all types of acoustic guitars and electric guitars. We also work on mandolins, banjos, and just about anything with strings.
